Job summary

MUI is hiring a Director of Business Operations to offload executive initiatives and build scalable business foundations. You will lead cross-functional projects, design systems, and drive high-leverage decisions across Finance, Marketing, Product, Sales, People, and Engineering.

You will report directly to the CEO, manage a small Ops team, and scale processes in a fully remote, async environment. The role emphasizes execution, precision, and organizational design for a fast-growing product

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Track performance, detect bottlenecks, and deploy interventions across departments.
• Lead scaling, systems design, OKR cadences, and oversee critical functions like interim RevOps.
• Manage a team of operational contributors and set execution standards.
• Lead high-priority strategic experiments from inception to handoff.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to increase decision-making velocity.
• Partner with CEO and leadership to offload initiatives and align scorecards.
