AI Digital seeks a senior operational leader to steer mixed teams and drive scalable, high‑quality execution across campaigns. You will own regional performance within the MPO Department, align client outcomes with business goals, and lead cross‑functional problem solving to optimize processes.

The role requires proven senior leadership in a digital marketing agency and strong people management, with English at C1 level.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a digital marketing agency.
Strong people management skills with the ability to coach and develop team leads or senior specialists.
Demonstrated ability to own regional or multi-account operations and take accountability for performance, client satisfaction, and business outcomes.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to build action plans and drive them to completion.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; able to influence across Client Services, Growth, Planning, Strategy, and other internal teams.
Strong risk management mindset, with the ability to identify issues early, keep stakeholders informed.
English proficiency (C1) is required.
