MCI, a leading tech-enabled business services company, is looking for a Remote Customer Service Agent. In this role, you will provide support for a diverse range of clients by assisting with customer inquiries and resolving issues on the first call.

The ideal candidate should be at least 18 years old, have prior call center experience, and possess excellent English communication skills. This position allows for remote work within 80 km of an MCI office.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be 18 years or older.
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems is required.
• A high-speed internet connection is mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Resolve customer issues on the first call.
• Document interactions accurately.

Connaissances

Strong command of the English language (written and spoken)

Prior call center experience

Typing speed of 20+ WPM

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office

Skilled in troubleshooting and follow-up

Able to multitask and self-manage effectively

Excellent interpersonal skills

Formation

High school diploma or equivalent
