Sawmilldcllc is seeking a Remote Travel Customer Representative to support travelers before, during, and after their trips. This 100% work-from-home role assists clients with travel questions and provides trip support to ensure a smooth experience.

Ideal candidates are highly organized with strong written and verbal communication skills, and enjoy helping others travel with confidence. Travel, hospitality, or call center experience is a plus; you’ll work independently in a remote environment.

Responsabilités

• Assist clients remotely via email, phone, and messaging platforms.
• Answer travel-related inquiries in a clear, professional, and friendly manner.
• Support itinerary updates, cancellations, changes, and special requests.
• Provide guidance on destinations, travel requirements, and agency procedures.
• Monitor upcoming trips and proactively communicate with clients when needed.
• Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
