UKG is seeking a Business Development Representative for the France market, basing in Paris or Barcelona and operating within a global BDR team. You will engage senior decision-makers, generate pipeline, and collaborate with Account Executives to drive growth.

You will own territory strategy for mid-market and enterprise clients, develop multi-channel outreach, and conduct structured discovery to qualify opportunities, while aligning with commission goals and CRM standards.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and French
• 2+ years outbound BDR experience
• Proficiency with Salesforce and modern sales tools (Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
• Executive-level storytelling and communication skills
• Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC)

Responsabilités

• Own and manage territory strategy for French mid-market and enterprise customers and subsidiaries.
• Develop and execute multi-channel outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn).
• Conduct structured discovery conversations with stakeholders.
• Partner with Account Executives on high-value opportunities.
• Generate qualified pipeline tied to commission goals.
• Nurture accounts and contacts to uncover new opportunities.
• Contribute to team initiatives on process improvements and CRM data quality.
