Job summary

Alma is seeking a Country Manager for Germany to build and lead the local sales organization, own the P&L, and drive the go-to-market strategy. You’ll recruit, coach, and scale Enterprise and Mid-Market AEs, define coverage, and align with Marketing, Partnerships, Product, Legal, Risk and Operations to unlock local growth.

You will report on performance to HQ and shape the country’s revenue engine, with a focus on profitable expansion and long-term market leadership.
