Job summary

Doctrine is seeking a Growth Marketing professional to own the German market. You will design and execute campaigns, orchestrate inbound and outbound lead generation, and craft nurturing programs to maximise conversions and retention, while collaborating with Sales, PMM and Product teams.

This role emphasizes copywriting, AI-assisted campaigning, and data-driven decisions within a hybrid remote work setup across Europe.

Qualifications

• Fluent or native German; professional English required.
• Strong copywriting and campaign-building experience.
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Design and roll out local German campaigns aligned to market codes and expectations.
• Lead inbound and outbound lead-gen campaigns using Meta, LinkedIn and Google.
• Run nurturing programs and product-growth initiatives to maximize conversions and retention.
• Partner with PMM and Product to drive field marketing and events.
