Algolia is seeking a Partner Manager for DACH to execute our regional partner strategy across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, with Germany as the primary market. You will manage a diverse partner portfolio and drive joint value through agentic AI-enabled solutions, aligning with regional sales goals.

Reporting to the Head of Global Partnerships, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster channel growth, onboarding, and enablement while ensuring data accuracy and clear

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years in a senior Alliance/Partner role
• Strong technical fluency: APIs, search/AI architecture
• Familiar with agentic AI and partner programs
• Experience with cloud partners (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure) and SI in German market
• Business understanding of SaaS, search/AI, headless commerce, API-first architectures
• Fluency in German (spoken and written) and English
• Salesforce.com experience managing opportunities through the sales cycle

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute DACH partner strategy with Germany as primary focus
• Build and manage a portfolio of consulting, SI, technology and cloud partners
• Identify, recruit and onboard new partners into the Algolia Partner Program
• Shape agentic solutions that combine Algolia with technology partners
• Help partners build their own agentic solutions on Algolia and bring to market
• Develop joint value propositions with technology partners for agentic solutions
• Coordinate GTM, joint marketing, and technical enablement content
• Own pipeline creation and data accuracy for the DACH partner portfolio
