Algolia is seeking a Partner Manager for the DACH region to drive a partner-led growth strategy across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. You will recruit consulting partners, systems integrators, technology and cloud partners to embed Algolia into multi-technology solutions and expand pipeline.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape joint value propositions, enable partners, and manage deal registration and revenue growth.

Formación

• 7-10+ years in a senior Alliance/Partner role, ideally with tech or cloud partners.
• Fluency in German (spoken and written) and English.
• Strong technical fluency to discuss APIs, search/AI architecture and multi-technology solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the regional partner strategy across DACH, with Germany as the primary focus, alongside Austria and Switzerland.
• Recruit, onboard and manage a portfolio of consulting partners, SI, technology and cloud partners.
• Shape and champion agentic solutions that combine Algolia with partner technologies.
• Own pipeline creation, deal registration and account mapping across the partner portfolio.
• Coordinate go-to-market, joint marketing and enablement content with partners.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, product and enablement teams to ensure partner and end client success.
