Stoïk is expanding its DACH footprint from Paris or Munich, seeking a Marketing Manager to own field activation across Germany and Austria. You will collaborate with country leadership, sales, and global teams to adapt messaging, build a multichannel content plan, and manage local campaigns and partnerships.

Qualifikationen

• At least 4 years of experience as Marketing Manager or in Content Marketing in a B2B tech environment.
• Proven experience in community management and running social media in a B2B context, with a strong affinity for LinkedIn.
• Ability to adapt global messages to a local market and roll them out operationally from A to Z.
• Fluent German (native or bilingual) plus professional English; Dutch and French are a plus.
• Strong writing skills to translate complex topics (cyber, insurance) into accessible content.
• Autonomous, rigorous, results-driven, able to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.

• Adapt global positioning and messages to local specifics with field evidence.
• Drive a coherent multichannel content strategy across the DACH markets.
• Define and manage the editorial calendar with group communications.
• Lead Stoïk's presence on LinkedIn; manage posts, visuals, and community engagement.
• Manage press relations and local agencies to boost visibility in DACH.
• Localize group assets and roll out campaigns for local teams.
• Design and run local email campaigns targeting brokers and IT partners.
• Produce local content and stories; support webinars and events with decks/storylines.
• Set up partnerships with local associations and manage awards applications.
• Measure impact (reach, engagement, leads) and iterate actions.
