Alan is hiring for its Corporate team to build the regulatory, privacy, governance, risk, compliance and security framework as the company scales. You will design a seamless, integrated development flow that aligns with product building while supporting multi-country expansion.

You will benefit from mentorship and structured support, remaining connected with legal, privacy, and security experts. The role offers growth across topics and countries as Alan grows globally.

Qualifications

• Experience turning manual, repetitive work into automated or self-serve solutions using no-code, low-code and AI tools.
• Interest in regulated work and ability to ramp up quickly in a new domain.
• Professional level in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Build scalable compliance tooling and processes to support growth.
• Rebuild end-to-end processes and monitor improvements after launch.
• Identify bottlenecks and design solutions that keep compliance fast and effective.
• Set measurable goals and track impact of changes for the Corporate team and members.
