Qualifications

• You have built things people kept using, turning manual work into automated or self-serve solutions.
• You’re drawn to regulated work and can ramp up quickly on new domains.
• Professional level in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Make regulated work scale by building reusable, owned processes and auto‑mated tooling.
• Rebuild processes end to end, identify friction, and redesign for speed.
• Spot bottlenecks early and design compliant, fast solutions.
• Measure outcomes with clear goals to ease work for teams and users.
