Alan is building the new standard in prevention insurance and is expanding its corporate team in France. You will join a newly created role focused on making regulated development seamless and integrated with product.

You will mentor, collaborate with privacy, governance, and security experts, and scale processes across multiple countries as Alan grows. Location flexibility is offered within France, Belgium, or Spain, with remote work options.

Qualifications

• Experience turning manual processes into automated or self-serve solutions using no-code/low-code or AI tools.
• Interest in regulated work; fast ramp-up in a domain that's new to you.
• Fluent in French and English (professional level).

Responsabilités

• Build a scalable compliance product and tooling for growing teams.
• Redesign end-to-end processes to speed up workflows without compromising compliance.
• Identify bottlenecks and design solutions that balance compliance with speed.
• Define and measure outcomes for changes to improve adoption and impact.
