Alan is hiring for its Corporate team to streamline regulated development across France, Belgium and Spain. You will build automated, scalable processes using no-code/low-code and AI tooling, ensuring compliance as Alan grows.

You will collaborate with privacy, governance and security experts, own end-to-end projects from ideation to adoption, and help scale Alan’s operations internationally with pragmatic, hands-on delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience creating automated/self-serve solutions with no-code/low-code or AI tools.
• Interest in regulated processes and compliance workflows.
• Professional English and French proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Build scalable compliant processes and tooling for regulated work.
• Design end-to-end automated workflows from problem to live solution.
• Identify bottlenecks and improve compliance-speed tradeoffs.
• Measure impact and iterate on shipped solutions.
