Alan is expanding its Corporate team to scale regulated development across multiple countries. You will create automated, self-serve compliance solutions and design workflows that reduce manual work while maintaining strict controls.

You will partner with legal, privacy, governance, risk and security to ensure scalable, compliant product delivery across France, Spain and beyond. This role offers mentorship, growth, and exposure to cross-country initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience turning manual, repetitive work into automated or self-serve solutions using no-code/low-code and AI tools.
• Interest in regulated compliance and risk management; ability to ramp up quickly on new domains.
• French and English professional fluency.

Responsabilités

• Build a scalable compliance product and workflows to support Alan’s growth.
• Redesign end-to-end processes, measure outcomes, and iterate after launch.
• Collaborate with legal, privacy, governance, risk and security teams to ensure alignment.
