Alan is expanding its Corporate team to build a scalable compliance product that automates regulated work across markets. You will design end-to-end processes, integrate no-code/low-code tools, and ship practical solutions that reduce manual work.

You’ll work with legal, privacy and security experts, own projects from discovery to deployment, and grow with Alan as it expands to more countries.

Qualifications

• Experience turning manual, repetitive work into automated or self-serve solutions with no-code/low-code/AI.
• Interest in regulated processes and ability to ramp up quickly in a new domain.
• Professional fluency in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Build the compliance product to scale Alan's regulatory load across markets.
• Redesign end-to-end processes and automate recurring tasks.
• Deliver measurable improvements for teams and stakeholders.
• Own projects from discovery to deployment and monitor adoption.
