Qualifications

• You have turned manual, repetitive work into automated or self-serve solutions using no-code/low-code or AI tools.
• You are drawn to regulated work and can ramp up quickly in a domain that is new to you.
• French and English professional level required.

Responsabilités

• Build the compliance product to scale regulatory processes and tooling as Alan grows.
• Own end-to-end regulatory projects from ideation to live automation and adoption.
• Identify bottlenecks and design fast, compliant solutions that balance speed and governance.
• Define measurable goals and monitor outcomes for both teams and members.
