Alan is hiring for its Corporate team to build the regulatory development layer that scales with the business. You will design and ship automated, self-serve solutions to streamline legally compliant workflows across France, Belgium and Spain, with mentorship and cross-country growth opportunities.

You will operate in a role that blends policy, tooling and product, enabling faster decisions while maintaining high standards of privacy, security and governance.

Qualifications

• You have built automated or self-serve solutions using no-code/low-code or AI tools.
• You are curious about regulated processes and how to improve them.
• You are fluent in French and English at a professional level.

Responsabilités

• Build scalable compliance software and tooling for growing teams.
• Redesign end-to-end processes to speed and tighten compliance.
• Measure impact and iterate on solutions as the company scales.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across legal, privacy, governance, risk and security.
