Alan is building the new standard in prevention insurance, growing across Europe. You will join the Corporate team to scale regulated development, integrating legal, privacy, governance, risk, compliance and security into product workflows.

You will work on end-to-end ownership of processes, reducing manual work through automation while ensuring regulatory compliance. The role offers remote flexibility with in-person collaboration across France, Belgium, and Spain.

Qualifications

• You have built things people kept using, turning manual work into automated or self-serve solutions with no-code, low-code or AI tools.
• You are drawn to regulated work and willing to ramp up quickly in a new domain.
• French and English (professional level).

Responsabilités

• Make regulated work scalable with a robust, scalable tooling layer.
• Rebuild processes end to end; identify pain points and redesign for speed and adoption.
• Spot bottlenecks early and design compliant, fast solutions that balance governance and velocity.
• Measure outcomes and ship improvements; report impact to stakeholders.
