Jobgether, partnering with leading DTC and eCommerce brands, seeks an Appointment Setter (Talent Acquisition) based in France. You will drive high-volume candidate outreach, qualify prospects, and schedule calls, coordinating with fulfillment and interview teams to keep pipelines active.

The role is fully remote with a freelance/contract arrangement, offering monthly compensation and performance-driven KPIs. You will report to the Head of Fulfillment and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong written English and professional communication with candidates.
• Ability to manage a high volume of conversations with accuracy.
• Proactive, organized, ownership-driven approach to work.
• Experience tracking leads and maintaining records in established workflows.

Responsabilités

• Contact candidates daily via LinkedIn and other platforms with personalized outreach.
• Manage inbound replies and maintain inbox zero with fast, professional responses.
• Qualify candidates through chat and short calls to assess interest and availability.
• Schedule qualified candidates into appropriate calendars.
• Track and update all leads in Airtable, ClickUp, or other systems.
