Job summary

The Rec Hub Limited in Paris seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support our client across EMEA. You will own end-to-end hiring for GTM and sales roles, sourcing top talent and optimizing processes to deliver high-quality hires quickly.

The role requires French and English fluency, independence, and strong stakeholder partnerships. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with hybrid work in Paris (3 days a week in the office).

Qualifications

• 5+ years in full-cycle recruitment, especially GTM/sales hiring.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Confident working independently and managing stakeholders.
• Hands-on sourcing across passive and active talent pools.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hiring across key commercial areas.
• Manage data to help managers hire smarter.
• Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers.
• Source top talent through creative methods.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience.
• Drive continuous improvement in hiring processes.
• Help build recruitment strategies for the next 12 months.
