Job summary

Jobgether, a partner-led email marketing agency, seeks an Account Manager (Email Marketing) based in France. You will own a portfolio of DTC e-commerce clients, coordinating copywriters, designers, and implementers to deliver campaigns from brief to delivery.

You will review campaigns, flows, and reports, monitor performance in Klaviyo and Omnisend, and turn insights into actionable recommendations. This fully remote, full-time contractor role offers significant ownership from day one and

Qualifications

2+ years agency experience in account management or client services.
Excellent written communication and professional client-facing skills.
Strong understanding of ecommerce lifecycle and how email/SMS work together.
Practical knowledge of email marketing activities: flows, campaigns, pop-ups, performance reporting.
Familiar with Klaviyo and Omnisend; proficient with Slack, ClickUp, Notion.
Comfort with AI tools to improve productivity and workflows.
Experience with marketing analytics platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

Act as primary contact for assigned clients and maintain proactive communication.
Own client work end-to-end from briefing to delivery.
Plan upcoming work for one-time projects and retainers; manage priorities and deadlines.
Allocate tasks across copywriters, designers, and implementers.
Review deliverables to ensure briefs and brand standards.
Monitor performance in Klaviyo/Omnisend and translate into actions.
Use AI tools to support drafting, planning, and summaries.
Identify opportunities to improve outcomes and team efficiency.
Collaborate with team and support portfolio growth.
