Job summary

Upsun, a remote-first cloud platform, is hiring a Sales Enablement Manager to own the onboarding path in week one, the certification, the kit before a deal, and the measurement that shows it works. You will partner with the Head of Sales Enablement to build and run programs and systems that scale daily.

Effective enablement requires dynamic systems that adapt as product updates ship and tools evolve. You will deliver content and knowledge assets, AI-assisted workflows, and cross-team

Qualifications

• Proven experience running sales enablement, revenue enablement, or GTM programs from start to finish in B2B technology.
• Experience in sales or solutions engineering, with a clear sense of what sellers need in a live deal.
• Experience turning repeated work into systems, and hands-on use of AI for drafting, summarizing, or automated workflows.
• Experience turning a goal into a defined problem, scope, steps, and success measure.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and developer workflows; ability to write clear requirements for RevOps and enablement tools.

Responsibilities

• Run onboarding and ramp for new sellers, with clear steps, checkpoints, and certification.
• Build the product change process as a system, so product updates reach sellers on time.
• Create sales plays and track ramp time, certification currency, and content usage.
• Deliver product trainings and maintain a searchable knowledge base.
• Develop AI-assisted drafting and automation to speed up tasks.
• Collaborate with RevOps, Product Marketing, Product, and Engineering; ensure launches are communicated.
• Prioritize backlog and explain decisions to partners.
