Job summary

monday.com is seeking a seasoned Pre-Sales Engineer to support our sales team and help customers maximize value from our AI-enabled SaaS platform. You will demonstrate capabilities, run proofs-of-concept, and craft compelling pitches with sales managers, addressing security concerns and enterprise requirements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a Pre-Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or similar customer-facing technical role, ideally in a SaaS environment.
• Experience with software in areas such as CRM, ITSM, whiteboarding, or software development is a significant advantage.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills, with the ability to build credibility with both technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Understand and demo our product's technical capabilities to potential and existing customers.
• Participate in demos and proofs-of-concept for customers.
• Craft Sales Pitches with sales managers and provide value-add solutions.
• Assist in handling security concerns and high-quality RFP responses as part of enterprise selling methodologies.
