Job summary

Gorgias is seeking an AI Deployment Manager to own the onboarding process from sales handover through configuration, training, and activation. You will act as the primary post-sales liaison, driving adoption of Helpdesk and AI Agent solutions and delivering white-glove guidance.

This role requires 3-5+ years in SaaS, a proven post-sales track record, and the ability to manage customer relationships, timelines, and integrations across ecommerce stacks.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in SaaS as an implementation manager or similar post-sales role.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding for a book of business from sales handover to activation.
• Customize solutions via a consultative approach for each customer.
• Drive AI Agent adoption roadmaps and sequencing of automation rollout.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and successful outcomes.
• Document configurations, learnings, and customer interactions for future reuse.
• Coach L1/L2 peers and share best practices to accelerate value.
