Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking French-speaking talents to join the international Customer Operations team as Operations Customer Expert. The role focuses on supporting customers across email, chat, and calls, handling queries, refunds, and service issues while keeping CRM records up to date.

Two salary options are available: with apartment at 1,040 EUR per month and without apartment at 1,240 EUR per month, plus health insurance and training allowances.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer requests via email, chat, contact forms, and calls
• Handle support tickets related to general queries, refunds, or incomplete services
• Call users to speed up case resolution and improve communication
• Perform back-office tasks that may involve outbound calls
• Conduct outbound calls to promote products, collect feedback, and support customer success
• Maintain accurate records using CRM tools
• Achieve performance goals and respect deadlines
• Provide operational feedback and elevate cases when needed
