Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking an Operations Customer Expert to support the French market from day one. You will handle inquiries across email, chat, forms and calls, work on tickets, and perform outbound outreach to promote products and collect feedback in a multicultural setting.

Qualifications

• Fluent French language is required for the French-speaking market.
• Experience in customer service or contact-center environments is preferred.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Respond to customer requests via email, chat, contact forms, and calls.
• Handle support tickets related to queries, refunds, or service issues.
• Call users to speed up case resolution and improve communication.
• Perform back-office tasks and outbound outreach when needed.
• Maintain accurate records using CRM tools and ensure timely updates.
• Meet performance goals and deadlines; escalate when required.
