Cross Border Talents is seeking French-speaking Customer Operations professionals to join the team in Lisbon, Portugal. The role focuses on handling inquiries via email, chat, and calls, resolving refunds, and ensuring smooth customer experiences in the French market.

You will work in a multicultural environment, with on-boarding from day one including housing options, health coverage, and performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• Respond to customer requests via email, chat, contact forms, and calls
• Handle support tickets related to general queries, refunds, or incomplete services
• Call users to speed up case resolution and improve communication
• Perform back-office tasks that may involve outbound calls
• Conduct outbound calls to promote products, collect feedback, and support customer success
• Maintain accurate records using CRM tools
• Achieve performance goals and respect deadlines
• Provide operational feedback and escalated cases when needed
