Cross Border Talents is hiring for a Customer Operations role in Lisbon, Portugal, focused on the French market. This position offers relocation from day one with accommodation options and health coverage from day one.

You will join a multicultural team, handling inquiries by email, chat, and phone while learning product details and customer success strategies. Training spans system onboarding and customer management, with a daily schedule of eight hours and performance-based bonuses.

Responsabilités

• Respond to customer requests via email, chat, contact forms, and calls.
• Handle support tickets related to general queries, refunds, or incomplete services.
• Call users to speed up case resolution and improve communication.
• Perform back-office tasks that may involve outbound calls.
• Conduct outbound calls to promote products, collect feedback, and support customer success.
• Maintain accurate records using CRM tools.
• Achieve performance goals and respect deadlines.
• Provide operational feedback and escalated cases when needed.
