Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal is hiring for an Operations Customer Expert to serve the French-speaking market. You will join the Customer Operations & International Support team, handling inquiries via email, chat, and calls.

Starting from day one, accommodation is offered, plus a comprehensive salary package with apartment option or higher base without housing, health insurance, and training. Schedule: 8 hours daily, 22 vacation days, and per-day training allowance.

Qualifications

• Respond to customer requests via email, chat, contact forms, and calls.
• Handle support tickets related to general queries, refunds, or incomplete services.
• Call users to speed up case resolution and improve communication.
• Perform back-office tasks that may involve outbound calls.
• Conduct outbound calls to promote products, collect feedback, and support customer success.
• Maintain accurate records using CRM tools.
• Achieve performance goals and respect deadlines.
• Provide operational feedback and escalated cases when needed.
