Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking an Operations Customer Expert in Lisbon, Portugal, with relocation from day one. You will be part of the Customer Service Operations team, handling inquiries via email, chat, forms and calls, and performing back-office tasks with CRM tools to support customer success.

The role entails 40 hours per week, 22 vacation days per year, and health insurance from day one, with an apartment benefit option and performance-based bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer requests via email, chat, contact forms, and calls
• Handle support tickets related to general queries, refunds, or incomplete services
• Call users to speed up case resolution and improve communication
• Perform back-office tasks that may involve outbound calls
• Conduct outbound calls to promote products, collect feedback, and support customer success
• Maintain accurate records using CRM tools
• Achieve performance goals and respect deadlines
• Provide operational feedback and escalated cases when needed
