Jobgether is seeking a Director – Sales for France to lead regional growth in Eastern Europe’s digital banking and fintech markets. You will own revenue, architect go-to-market strategies, manage complex enterprise deals, and build relationships with senior banking executives across the region.

You will lead cross-functional teams with pre-sales, product, marketing, and partners to drive transformation and expand market presence, with remote flexibility and exposure to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise software, fintech, or tech sales.
• Track record of closing complex enterprise deals and meeting revenue targets.
• Network with mid-tier banks/financial institutions in target regions.
• Strong understanding of enterprise sales methodologies and value-based selling.

Responsabilités

• Own regional sales targets across Eastern Europe markets.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for growth.
• Lead full enterprise sales cycles from discovery to contracts.
• Build senior banking relationships with CIOs, CDOs, and CEOs.
• Develop partnerships with system integrators and consulting firms.
• Create ROI-based business cases tied to digital banking transformations.
• Coordinate RFPs, executive workshops, and procurement processes.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, product, marketing, and partners.
