Job summary

Airbnb Hotels is building a dedicated inbound demand engine across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. We are hiring a Senior Demand Generation Specialist to own the end-to-end inbound motion for hotels, starting with a 12-month pilot in France.

You'll define the inbound strategy, build multi-channel programs, manage CRM hygiene in Salesforce, and collaborate with Global Marketing and regional sales teams to drive measurable pipeline and ROI. Remote within France.

Qualifications

8+ years in B2B demand generation or growth marketing

Responsibilities

Define and own the EMEA inbound strategy and roadmap
Build and scale multi-channel inbound programs (email, paid, SEO, content, events, partnerships)
Own the full funnel from lead capture to MQL handoff in Salesforce
Design LinkedIn campaigns with regional AE teams
Develop outbound sequences to complement AE prospecting
Partner with Global Marketing to build collateral, landing pages, and nurture flows
Track pipeline metrics: MQLs, MQL-to-SQL, cost per lead, revenue influence
Run co-marketing and referral programs with industry partners
Build business cases, secure budget, measure ROI
Run test-and-learn approach and scale what works
Leverage AI to scale campaigns and content
Collaborate with Connectivity, Events, Country Managers and AEs to turn webinars into pipeline
