Job summary

Hager Group is seeking a Global Head of Growth Marketing to shape and lead our growth strategy across markets. Based in Obernai or Paris, or in Frankfurt/Blieskastel, you will drive global demand generation and align marketing with sales to create scalable programmes from acquisition to retention.

You will build high-performing teams, partner with Sales, Product and regional markets, and use analytics to guide investment decisions.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in B2B growth marketing, demand generation or B2B marketing in an international environment.
• Proven ability to deliver measurable pipeline, revenue and customer growth through global marketing strategies.
• Strong understanding of the full customer funnel and expertise in digital marketing, CRM and lifecycle marketing.
• Data-driven with KPIs and experimentation guiding investment decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the global growth marketing strategy in line with business ambitions.
• Turn customer, market and business insights into clear priorities, investment choices and scalable programmes.
• Build an integrated demand-to-revenue engine across acquisition, conversion, retention and expansion.
• Partner with Sales, Business Segments and local markets to generate qualified demand and accelerate pipeline growth.
• Use KPIs, analytics, attribution and experimentation to optimise performance and marketing investment.
• Lead and develop global teams while embedding growth marketing capabilities and best practices across the organisation.
