Job summary

Riot in Paris is seeking a senior Growth/Performance marketer to own the full acquisition stack—from strategy and budget allocation to invoiced ARR—across Europe and the US. You’ll lead AI-driven optimization, asset creation, and cross‑functional collaboration with sales and leadership, aiming to grow ARR from €20M to €40M in 2026 and to command the Paris market.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in growth or performance marketing with ownership of strategy and a significant paid budget.
• Experience running Google, LinkedIn and Meta across at least 3 countries; ABM for enterprise is a plus.
• Revenue-literate: read the funnel from click to invoiced ARR and adjust budgets after tests.
• AI-native in practice: builds workflows for optimization, reporting and localization.
• Maker: builds assets that convert using AI.
• Comfort with sales leadership: collaborates with SDRs and defends budgets before leadership.
• Motivated by the mission of cybersecurity.
• Fluent in English and native in French.
• Based in Paris or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Allocate spend by market and platform across Europe and the US with CAC and CPL targets.
• Manage the full mix: Google, LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, Microsoft, and test channels per market.
• Build ABM campaigns for enterprise accounts with sales-defined target lists.
• Run incrementality and holdout tests and reallocate budget based on results.
• Automate campaign optimization with AI and develop repeatable reporting.
• Own creative assets: copy, landing pages, localization for each market.
• Contribute to SEO and GEO strategy and asset creation.
• Own acquisition strategy from click to invoiced ARR by source and market.
• Provide weekly readouts to the organization and align with leadership.
