Hôtel Belle‑Vue à Marseille recherche un apprenti réceptionniste en BTS (MHR ou Tourisme) ou équivalent, prêt à démarrer immédiatement. Vous serez formé à toutes les tâches de réception dans un hôtel 3 étoiles écoresponsable, situé face au Vieux-Port, avec une équipe prête à partager son savoir.

Vous serez impliqué dans l’accueil, la gestion des arrivées/départs, les réservations OTA, le service petit-déjeuner et le conseil touristique.

Qualifications

• Étudiant préparant un BTS en alternance (MHR ou Tourisme)
• Formation en réception et hôtellerie recherchée
• Capacité à gérer l’accueil et les transactions

Responsabilités

• Accueillir les clients français et internationaux
• Gérer les arrivées/départs et l’affectation des chambres
• Réaliser les facturations et gérer l’encaissement
• Gérer les réservations par téléphone, e‑mail et OTA
• Assurer le service de conciergerie et conseiller sur Marseille
• Servir le petit-déjeuner et participer aux initiatives écologiques de l’hôtel
• Suivre le planning selon le calendrier scolaire

Description du poste

The hotel Belle-Vue We are looking for a reception apprentice, BTS level (BTS MHR, BTS Tourism or equivalent). Position available immediately. You will be trained in all aspects of reception duties at a 3-star eco-friendly hotel located opposite the Old Port of Marseille, alongside a team that takes the time to share their knowledge. Responsibilities include: welcoming French and international guests; managing arrivals/departures and room assignments; billing, cash handling, and managing the cash register; managing reservations (phone, email, OTAs); providing concierge services and advice about Marseille; serving breakfast; and participating in customer feedback and the hotel's eco-friendly initiatives. We are looking for a student preparing for a BTS (MHR, Tourism or equivalent) through an apprenticeship. Available weekdays, weekends, and holidays according to the school schedule.

• Compensation according to the legal apprenticeship pay scale (percentage of the minimum wage based on age and year of study)
