A leading ad-tech company in France is seeking a Business Development Manager to own the full business development cycle, including lead generation, product demonstrations, and closing deals with supply partners. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience in programmatic monetisation and demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills. This role involves identifying new business opportunities and managing negotiation processes primarily through email, as well as attending industry events across France.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in programmatic monetisation or related ad-tech fields.
  • Strong understanding of ad technologies and sales processes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Requirements and Responsibilities
  • Own the full business development cycle, including lead generation, product demonstrations, negotiation, and closing deals with supply partners
  • Manage teams responsible for media buying and publisher partnerships
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients
  • Attend up to four industry conferences and events annually across France
  • Conduct meetings via Google Hangouts, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and other communication platforms with prospective partners
  • Apply effective sales techniques to uncover client needs and match them with relevant solutions
  • Deliver compelling sales and product presentations
  • Manage negotiation processes primarily through email
Skills
  • 4+ years of experience in programmatic monetisation or related ad‑tech fields
  • Strong understanding of JS tag implementation, VAST, header bidding, and OpenRTB technologies
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Proven track record in business development within a services‑driven environment
  • Self‑starter with the ability to learn quickly and work autonomously
