Job summary

Affinity is expanding its Publisher Alliances team in Paris, seeking a hunter of new partnerships with 3+ years of experience working with publishers in France. You will negotiate high-value CPC/CPA/CPI deals, manage a CRM-driven pipeline, and collaborate across Product, Ops and Marketing to drive growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working with publishers in France.
• Confident communicator able to present to C-level audiences.
• Strong understanding of digital media, pricing models and deal structures.

Responsibilities

• Identify new partnership opportunities by prospecting and onboarding publishers.
• Negotiate and close CPC/CPA/CPI/revenue-share deals with publishers.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline in CRM; forecast revenue and hit targets.
• Collaborate with Publisher Success to grow onboarded publishers.
• Collaborate with Product/Ops/Marketing to drive growth and product features.
• Represent Affinity at industry events across Europe.
