About the role

You’re the master of A‑to‑Z projects, the “chef d'orchestre” for our ambitious French team. As our proactive and organized Project Manager, you'll take ownership of entire portfolios, from technical feasibility to construction-ready stage. You'll collaborate closely with EPC partners, engineering firms, and our international teams, all while bringing your entrepreneurial spirit to the table. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to learn, take initiative, and grow at the heart of a dynamic, small structure.

Your responsibilities

• You expand ad professionalize our network of EPC companies, technical advisors and engineering firms
• You build entire project portfolios. You assess and evaluate the technical feasibility, discuss technical designs with our EPCs, conduct contract negotiations, and bring your projects to the construction-ready stage.
• You think entrepreneurially, can convincingly persuade people of good ideas in a likable way, and boldly move forward to realize ideas.
• You are our reliable contact person for all internal and external project partners.
• You are in contact with our international teams to improve processes, tools, and general knowledge exchange.

What you bring to the table

• Your enthusiasm and willingness to actively drive the energy transition.
• 3 years of experience in project management in the field of renewable energies, especially solar installations.
• A successfully completed degree with a technical background (engineering degree, electrical engineering training, or similar).
• Your structured and independent way of working, which meets good communication skills and enjoyment of working in a team.
• Proficiency in French language skills in speaking and writing as well as very good English skills.
• Your enthusiasm for traveling.
