Mirakl is seeking a Principal AI Engineer to lead the design, development, and adoption of AI systems within a strategic business domain. You will combine deep AI engineering expertise with product insight to identify opportunities, define roadmaps, and deliver measurable outcomes.

As AI technical lead, you will drive architecture decisions, ensure scalability and reliability, and promote technical excellence across teams. Location: Paris or Bordeaux, with 4 days on-site per week.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Software Engineering, ML Engineering, or Applied AI.
• Strong experience with LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, evaluation, and production systems.

Responsabilités

• Own Tech Strategy for your domain and define the agent product roadmap.
• Lead AI system development with production-grade architectures.
• Drive adoption and measure outcomes to deliver business impact.
• Establish technical excellence with best practices, testing, and observability.
• Mentor AI Engineers and share reusable components.
