Job summary

Mirakl in France is seeking a Lead AI Engineer to shape AI strategy across key business domains, including Sales, GTM, and Finance. You will fuse deep AI engineering with product insight to define roadmaps and deliver measurable outcomes.

You will lead architecture decisions, drive adoption, mentor engineers, and ensure scalable, production-grade AI systems across teams. This is a permanent on-site role based in Paris or Bordeaux with frequent collaboration.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Software Engineering, ML Engineering, or Applied AI.
• Strong experience with LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, evaluation, and production systems.
• Ability to influence Product and Business decisions.
• Proven leadership on complex cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own Tech Strategy for your domain and define the agent product roadmap.
• Design and build production-grade AI systems with scalability and reliability.
• Mentor AI engineers and share reusable components; grow AI capability.
