Job summary

Mirakl, a global leader in marketplace technology, seeks a Lead AI Engineer to define the tech strategy for a domain and to deliver scalable AI systems. You will partner with product and business leaders to identify opportunities, set roadmaps, and drive measurable outcomes across Sales, GTM, Marketing, Finance or Legal.

Based in Paris or Bordeaux with four days on-site, you will shape architecture, promote best practices, and mentor engineers, while advancing AI adoption across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Software Engineering, ML Engineering, or Applied AI.
• Strong experience with LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, evaluation, and production systems.
• Ability to influence Product and Business decisions.
• Proven leadership on complex cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own tech strategy for your domain and define the agent product roadmap.
• Lead design and development of production-grade AI systems.
• Drive adoption, measure outcomes, and accelerate AI transformation.
• Establish technical excellence with guardrails, testing, and observability.
• Mentor AI engineers and share reusable components.
