Job summary

Mirakl is seeking a Lead AI Engineer to design, build, and scale AI systems across key business domains from Sales to Finance. The role is a CDI based in Paris or Bordeaux with four days on-site per week, joining a fast-moving team tackling next-generation AI products in a commerce software environment.

You will combine deep AI engineering expertise with product and business understanding, shaping roadmaps, driving adoption, and delivering measurable outcomes across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Software Engineering, ML Engineering, or Applied AI.
• Strong experience with LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, evaluation, and production systems.
• Ability to influence Product and Business decisions.
• Proven leadership on complex cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own Tech Strategy for Your Domain and define the agent product roadmap with business leaders.
• Lead AI system development, designing and building production-grade AI systems.
• Drive architecture decisions to ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Grow AI capability by mentoring engineers and agent builders, sharing reusable components.
