Mirakl is seeking a Principal AI Engineer to lead the design, development, and adoption of AI systems in a strategic domain. Based in Paris or Bordeaux, this permanent role requires deep AI engineering expertise, product sense, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.

You will own the tech strategy for your domain, define the agent product roadmap, build production-grade AI systems, and drive adoption and measurable business impact across Sales, GTM, Marketing, Finance, and Legal.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Software/Machine Learning Engineering or Applied AI.
• Strong experience with LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, evaluation, and production systems.
• Ability to influence product and business decisions.
• Proven leadership on complex cross-functional initiatives.
