Job summary

Thinkproject is seeking a Presales Consultant for our Paris office to identify customer opportunities, define compelling use cases, and convincingly demonstrate why Thinkproject software delivers value across the lifecycle.

You will become an expert in Thinkproject solutions, work with Sales on opportunities, respond to RFIs, and help translate requirements into successful implementations in a collaborative, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years proven experience in a similar role.
• Degree in Engineering, IT, Architecture or comparable.
• Communication skills.
• Consultancy skills.
• Business assessment expertise - follow the process with strategy and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Work on new or existing account opportunities either independently with a transactional product sell or as part of a team with a solution sell.
• Help Sales achieve their goals for new revenue by offering technical expertise in all phases of the opportunity lifecycle.
• Work according to the PreSales process: discover business pains on initial conversations, deliver value-based conversations on client pitch calls using demos and presentations.
• Define product / solution scope to ensure an effective transition to implementation teams
• Develop presales knowledge base, by building and managing collaterals such as use cases, demo material, storyboards, video messages.
• Assess and respond to RFIs/RFPs from a technical point of view.
• Detect new business opportunities with our existing customers.
• Give structured feedback to the product and the development teams.
