Job summary

Wakeo, a Paris-based SaaS leader in real-time intercontinental visibility, is seeking a Pre-Sales/Solution Consultant. You will translate customer needs into actionable demos, ROI, and tailored trials in collaboration with sales and CSM teams, focusing on transport & supply chain use cases and API integrations.

You’ll engage with global enterprises, craft customised demos, and help drive tender responses while promoting new features across marketing and delivery teams, in a hybrid Paris setup.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English, with strong communication skills.
• 5+ years of experience in SaaS B2B enterprise solutions.
• Experience in pre-sales, implementation, or consultative roles.
• Knowledge of APIs and ability to troubleshoot during trials/pilots.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate understanding of transport and supply chain markets.
• Run in-depth discovery sessions with sales to understand client requirements and ROI.
• Develop and execute tailored demos and trials with sales/CSM.
• Support tender responses and security questionnaires.
• Coordinate with product/delivery/CSM to align expectations.
• Showcase new features to sales/marketing/CSM/delivery teams.
• Collaborate with product marketing to promote features via webinars and demos.
• Provide feedback to product team from customer interactions.
• Identify strategic partnerships to shorten implementation cycles.
• Maintain knowledge of pre-sales, solution implementation, and APIs.
