Qualifications

• You’re the second-in-command in a bakery store, supporting the store manager.
• You have some initial experience in a retail management role.
• You’re comfortable using computer tools such as Excel and Google Drive.

Responsabilités

• Train and mentor sales teams to ensure excellent guest experiences.
• Guarantee proper implementation of operational procedures by sales teams.
• Contribute to supplier orders, receiving checks, and inventory procedures.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards in the store.
• Manage relationships with B2B clients, delivery platforms, partners, and service providers.
