Mistral is seeking a People Tech & Analytics Lead to own the HR tech stack, from the HRIS transformation to integrations and data architecture, and build the analytics, dashboards and models that help leaders understand how we hire, grow, retain and reward our people, and act on what they learn.

You will lead a small team, partnering with HR Operations, Legal, Finance and IT to turn business needs into well-designed systems, using our own models and AI agents where appropriate.

Formación

• Deep experience in HR technology and people analytics, ideally in a high-growth tech company.
• Strong product mindset: translate needs into practical HR tech solutions.
• Experience with global HR tech platforms and integrations to ATS, payroll, identity and finance.
• Solid analytics foundations and governance on workforce data; GDPR knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Own the people-tech roadmap and the HR tech stack end to end: build, buy, integrate, retire; manage data pipelines.
