Job summary

Mistral is seeking a People Tech & Analytics Lead to turn people data into strategic decisions. You will own the HR tech roadmap, from HRIS transformation to integrations and data architecture, building analytics, dashboards and models for hiring, growth, retention and rewards.

You will lead a small team and collaborate with HR Operations, Legal, Finance and IT to deliver scalable, compliant systems. You will drive automation with Mistral’s models and ensure data governance and GDPR compliance,

Qualifications

Deep experience in HR technology and people analytics.
Strong product mindset: turn complex needs into practical solutions starting from the HR need.
Experience with global HR tech platforms such as HiBob, Deel or Rippling and integrations to ATS, payroll, identity and finance.
Strong workflow-automation experience (n8n or similar) and building with LLMs, agents and APIs.
Solid analytics foundations (forecasting, visualisation, modern data stack such as Snowflake or BigQuery) and data governance on workforce data.
Experience presenting to senior leaders and mentoring technical/analytical team members.

Responsibilities

Own the people-tech roadmap and HR tech stack end to end, including data pipelines across HRIS, ATS, payroll, identity and finance.
Define the people metrics that matter and lead analysis on workforce trends and planning.
Oversee dashboards, self-serve reporting and conversational insights for managers.
Drive people-data governance in partnership with Legal and Privacy.
Own automation and AI roadmap for people processes with our models and APIs.
Manage and mentor the People Tech & Analytics Engineer.
