Job summary

Mistral is hiring a People Tech & Analytics Engineer to build the systems, data pipelines, and automations behind People Operations. You will connect HRIS, ATS, payroll, identity and finance tools, and ship automations that reduce manual work for the People team.

You will work with Mistral’s models, agents, and APIs, enabling data-driven insights and conversational analytics for leadership across Europe. This role suits a data/people tech specialist who thrives on building foundations in growing

Qualifications

• Experience in data engineering, analytics engineering or HR technology.
• Hands-on experience with HR systems and data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations and data pipelines across HR systems.
• Implement and evolve the Metabase visualisation layer and dashboards for managers and partners.
• Design, build, test and document automated workflows using models, agents and APIs.
• Configure HR tech stack and support rollout of system changes and integrations.
• Architect end-to-end HR workflows with stakeholders and implement data governance.
